Neil McClure

President and Chief Executive Officer

Neil McClure is the founder of TKO Enterprises, Inc. and has more than 25 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of products for the elections, aerospace, telecommunications, and medical industries. He also has extensive experience with management and sales necessary to create and manage a satisfied customer base.

Before launching TKO Enterprises, Neil founded Worldwide Election Systems in 1997, which was acquired by Hart InterCivic in 1999, where he continued his employment as Vice President, General Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Hart InterCivic through 2008. Neil is directly responsible for the development of Hart InterCivic's eSlate electronic voting system, which was introduced to the market in the 2000 Presidential election and collected over 15 million live votes in the 2008 Presidential election, from Hawaii to Virginia in 13 States.

Neil holds a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Denver and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the California State University at Chico. He has 15 issued patents, 4 pending patents and has provided expert witness and testimony for many legal and governmental hearings. TKO Enterprises is Neil's third start-up company.
